Had my living room, hallway and stairs cleaned today. Nice guy, knew what he was doing and had it all up and running in no time. Blitzed the carpets required and we got him to do a couple of large rugs too (extra cost but worth it). The job was done well � all furniture moved with care and put back. My carpets look amazing now and I’m especially pleased with a now clean sick stain that’s been grating on me for a while! Thanks Shaun. Thanks MSDirect! Same time in a couple of years?? Highly recommend �

Terrible company. Broke my oven door during end of tenancy clean, these things happen & they offered to replace, only they haven't and it's been 1 month!! Ignoring emails and refusing to confirm whether this oven door will be delivered. I've now ordered one myself online which will take 2 days to arrive & I'm £56 out of pocket not to mention the fact my new tenants have been without use of oven for the first month. Do not use!!!!
